Kennedy’s Training Style

My fitness journey has stopped and started hundreds of times.

It wasn’t until I found a style of training that I enjoyed and could also fit into my hectic life that I was able to stay consistent and see actual results. For me that looks like a hybrid of strength and cardio training, ranging from 20-minute circuit workouts, to heavy lifting, to running in the river valley, to climbing in the Rockies. For me it’s about variety.

For you? It could be the same thing or maybe you need something else. Regardless, my mission is to help you find the training style that suits YOU and YOUR life, as this is the only way to stay consistent (we don’t do cookie-cutter here).

My approach is uncomplicated and attainable. I want to help you reach your goals but I also understand the importance of starting where you’re at and taking bite-size, meaningful steps to get there.

And we will get there. Smiling and sweating the whole way.
